Chapter 2

This is the chapter where (future) Anne meets king Henry for the first time in the garden. She is shocked that he isn't repulsive yet. And when she speaks to him (past) Anne takes over body. As she greets him, king Henry confesses that he was wrong to ask her to be his mistress and give up her "maidenhead". He then goes on to tell her that he wants her to be his wife, and the he is planning on divorcing Catherine. And Anne is now all get excited, although she knows what's going to happen. What I don't really understand is, if you know what's going to happen, or if you can see the future. Why not try and change it for the better?
